DLP Reflection Week 11: More Willing Participants!
So......this week I officially observed a teacher that I recently added to cycle 2. I am very excited about this new addition to my cycle because the classes that he teaches focus on webpage design, app creation, and lots of other techie things! My district recently allowed the 5 schools with DLP access to GSuite. This has really opened up more options for him as far as how he interacts with his students as well as the digital storage they need to be able to complete some of the tasks and assignments he has planned for them. During the observation, he had students log into their GSuite account and just begin to learn to "move around" with the Google products. One thing that I notice during the observation was so that many of his students did not have their laptops with them. Because of the kind of class he teaches, the teachers has a cart of laptops that stay in his classroom. When I asked the students why they didn't have their laptops, the answer was "I don...
