Well, when I do my weekly reflections, I like to make a little video. But, for some reason, my computer is not recording sound, and I don't have to patience to trouble shoot! It has been a long week (I started writing this on Friday, today is Monday)! Testing is finally finished, and we are quickly approaching Federal Programs monitoring (all Title I schools in the district with have their ACIP evidence box reviewed as well as question and answer sessions for faculty and staff) We are also shifting into end of year academic celebrations (for students and my own children), field day, Rising 7th Grade visits (from four different elementary schools), Rising 9th Grade visits (just a quick walk next door), and probably a few other things that have just slipped my mind. Oh May.....you bring us the end, but with so much baggage!   As usual, I am playing catch up. I feel like I have been absent for this entire cycle. We spent two days listening to great speakers, getting new information, tweeting (I have never tweeted so much in my life!) , and learning about all the work being done in the other DLP schools in Alabama. Gettin' my tweet on! It was really nice to see so many of the people from the program team and get the opportunity to hear from Jennie Magiera again. She talked to us about some really practical observation tools. Selfie with Jennie!! As always, Wendy came through with her crazy ice breakers (a little angry cat, baby, knife anyone!?!?!).  It's always better when we work together! My mentor Jornea and Wendy also gave us some real world scenarios while role playing. Jornea and W
